New month means new features!
We are excited for our newest seasonal cocktail that will be featured today through the end of May - the Elderflower Spritz. This wine based cocktail is spring in a glass. Not overly sweet, reminiscent of floral and tropical notes, and just bubbly enough to balance the complex flavors of the Petit Manseng and elderflower simple syrup.
Our March panini feature, the Piedmont Panini, is everything we love about Virginia pressed between two grilled pieces of farm fresh sourdough. Thick cut Virginia ham, savory pimento cheese and local dill pickles. This pairs really incredibly with our Rosé, as well as our Vidal Blanc and Round Hill White!
We are carrying over the Warm Chocolate Chip Cookies from February because they were such a hit! Soft and chewy on the inside with a slightly crispy edge, this feature is incredibly nostalgic for adults but also a great treat for the kiddos.
