Hi Crust & Crave Fam!

I’ve had quite a few requests (and some amazing suggestions ❤️) asking if I’ll be adding gluten-free baked goods to the menu.

As much as I appreciate the love and would love to be able to offer more options, I have to respectfully say no—for your health and safety.

Yes, I could purchase separate equipment, utensils, and baking supplies… but here’s the thing… my baking area is basically a flour tornado 24/7. 😂🌪️

Flour is on the counters, in the air, probably hiding in places I don’t even know exist. No matter how much I deep clean, sanitize, and run air purifiers, I cannot confidently guarantee a gluten-free environment.

And for anyone with Celiac disease or a serious gluten allergy, that’s a risk I’m not willing to take.

I’d rather be honest and say “I can’t” than make a promise that could put someone’s health at risk.

So for now, Crust & Crave Bakery will proudly remain a gluten-loving bakery. 🥖🍪😂

It’s always so nice seeing familiar faces and meeting new ones. A few residents even remembered me from a couple of years ago and said, “The bread lady is back!!” 😂🥖
