Testing out AI software!

This is the first ice cream cone I tried making with our Rental machine when we got it. The background and everything else is all AI generated!

This technology is crazy. How have you been using AI in your every day life?

Gallaspie Ice Cream Rentals was grateful to help a local financial advisor celebrate more than 240 guests at his annual client appreciation event!

From a wonderful catered meal to ice cream, cake, popcorn, and more, no detail was overlooked. It was clear how much he values the people who have supported and trusted him over the years.

We were honored to play a small part in such a special evening! 🍦🎉

Yesterday, while helping the builders finish up some projects on our trailer, I gained a whole new appreciation for everyone who works in the building and construction industry.

Things can sound so simple—until you actually start doing them! A project that should take an hour can quickly turn into three or four. Then, when you finally finish, it may be just right…or it may create another issue that needs fixed next. 😅

It reminded me how much patience, problem-solving, skill and hard work it takes to do these jobs—often in the heat, cold, dust, mud and every other kind of environment imaginable.

So today, I’m tipping my hat to all the contractors, builders, electricians, plumbers and skilled tradespeople who keep showing up and getting it done. You take care of the things many of us don’t know how to do, don’t have time to do or simply don’t want to do—and you deserve to be recognized!

Tag your favorite contractor, builder, electrician, plumber or tradesperson below and let them know their hard work is noticed and appreciated! 👏

Holy cow… I can’t believe how much ice cream we’ll be serving next week! 🍦😂

Over the next 7 days, Gallaspie Ice Cream Rentals will be serving up roughly 75 GALLONS of ice cream across 6 different events! 🤯

Apparently summer didn’t get the memo that it’s supposed to be winding down… and we’re perfectly fine with that. 😎☀️ Our machines are about to get more cardio than most of us do in a week!

We’re incredibly thankful for every school, business, church, organization, family, and community that continues to invite us to be part of their events. Seeing people smile, gather together, and enjoy some soft serve is exactly why we love doing this.

75 gallons. 6 events. 7 days. Challenge accepted. 🍦💪

We refuse to let summer end!

As we look back on this summer, we can’t help but feel incredibly grateful. 🍦❤️

What started as an idea to bring a little more fun (and a lot more ice cream!) to local events has turned into something even better than we imagined.

This summer, Gallaspie Ice Cream Rentals has had the privilege of being part of college events, graduation parties, bridal showers, company employee appreciation events, church gatherings, soccer camps, sporting events, community celebrations, and so many other special moments.

This video is just a handful of the memories we’ve made along the way.

To every family, business, church, school, organization, and friend who has booked us, recommended us, shared one of our posts, or simply encouraged us — THANK YOU.

When you support a local business like ours, it truly means something. You’re supporting our family, helping us grow, and giving us the opportunity to keep serving this community that we love.

We’re incredibly thankful for what this summer has brought, but we’re even more excited about what’s ahead.

Thank you for trusting Gallaspie Ice Cream Rentals to be a small part of your big moments. 🍦

Here’s to many more events, memories, smiles, and of course… ice cream!

What a great night at Harvest Baptist Church!

Gallaspie Ice Cream Rentals had the opportunity to be part of their teen program tonight, and it was awesome seeing so many young people hanging out, having fun, and enjoying some soft serve together.

We’re especially thankful for churches that continue investing in the next generation and creating a place where teens can build friendships, have fun, and grow in their faith.

Thank you, Harvest Baptist Church, for letting us be a small part of the night. We loved being there! ❤️🍦
