Dear Waltham local families,
We’re really happy to be here in Waltham and to be part of this community. When we first opened, we met so many kind and welcoming neighbors—some even took the time to share helpful advice with us, from running a restaurant to mixing drinks. We truly appreciate that support!🥰
As some of you may know, Absolutely Asia is now under new ownership. We’ve kept some of the dishes you’re familiar with, but we’ve also made updates to the menu and flavors to make everything a little better, a little more balanced, and more in line with what we believe in.
We also want to share something important with you—your health matters to us. We know Chinese food can sometimes be heavier, so we’ve been making an effort to use less oil, less salt, and less MSG (and we can even make dishes with no MSG if you prefer). Our frying oil is replaced every 2–3 days, so it’s always fresh—not reused over and over.
We’re learning and improving every single day, and we really appreciate your patience and support as we grow. We also offer catering for local families and businesses, so feel free to reach out if you need anything.
Lastly, we noticed a few comments mentioning that our staff seemed to be “watching” customers We want to reassure everyone that we would never intentionally make anyone feel uncomfortable or invade anyone’s privacy. We fully respect personal space, and we’ve already reminded our team to be more mindful—keeping a comfortable distance and avoiding unnecessary eye contact so everyone can feel relaxed while dining with us.
