The SoundBed is officially open for appointments at The Green Coterie. 💚

And if you’ve been wondering, “Okay…but what exactly does it DO?” 😂

Think of it as an experience you don’t just hear — you feel.

You lie back, put on the headphones, and the sound travels through the bed as gentle vibration. Music in your ears. Frequency beneath you. Nothing you have to perform, figure out, or be “good at.”

You just lie there.

That’s it.

Some people may come because they want a few quiet minutes to themselves. Some will be curious about how it feels. Some may simply want to unplug from everything for a little while.

Whatever brings you in, the experience is yours.

SoundBed appointments are now available:

✨ Wednesdays | 1–4 PM
✨ Thursdays | 1–4 PM
✨ Saturdays | 12–4 PM

15 minutes — $20
30 minutes — $35
45 minutes — $50

Appointments are intentionally limited while I introduce the SoundBed to the Coterie.

When I first saw this photo, I honestly thought it was AI-generated. 😂

Like… there is no way this place is actually real.

But it is.

And in April 2027, this is where we’ll be staying in Barbados. 🌴✨

Just like I’ve promised with some of our previous travels, when I’m there, I will absolutely come back to this exact spot and take a picture or video so y’all can see that it really does look like this in real life. 😂

There’s something about knowing that in just a few months, we’ll be waking up surrounded by all of this — the greenery, the pool, the quiet, the beauty — that makes me smile every time I look at it.

This retreat is intentionally small and intimate, and there are only a limited number of spaces available.

If Barbados has been sitting in the back of your mind, this may be your sign to stop looking at the pictures and start picturing yourself in them. 💚

$450 non-refundable deposit secures your space

Once your deposit is in, you’ll be aligned with the remaining payment schedule leading into the trip.
