BAKING TIP:
For bakers who make lattice strips to top their pies, suggest they lightly press the top of our cooling rack into the dough. Using the rack's indentations as a guide, they can cut the dough into 1 1/4 inch strips (every fourth line or so) with a pizza cutter.
