Aunt P's Butts Slow smoked pork butts, homemade Carolina Vinegar Sauce, Chicken BBQ, Sue's Mac, Momma's Slaw & MORE.

After affectionately being called "Aunt P," by my three sweet nieces for the last 16 years, and my love of good NC BBQ, I have decided to combine the two and am inviting you to sit down with "Aunt P's Butts," for all your BBQ needs. I believe that good food brings people together, can comfort a hurting heart, and inspire others through showing your appreciation with a small gesture. I am grateful for the opportunity to incorporate family traditions, recipes, and the culinary tools of passed loved ones, to carry on the art of smoking pork butts, and sharing my passion and love with others.

Aunt P had the HONOR of catering the beautiful BEACH WEDDING for DENEAN Heller Evans and RAYMOND Cross.

MENU included Shrimp Cocktail and Peter's Pimento Cheese passed appetizers; Pork and Chicken BBQ Sliders, Momma's Slaw, Baked Beans, Potato Salad, and all of the sauces!
Don't forget DESSERT! Also passed were Banana Pudding Parfaits and Mini (warmed) Sweet Potato Dumplings with a scoop of Vanilla Ice Cream and a sprig of Mint.

It has taken me a while to finally write this post.
As some of you may know, my sweet daddy passed peacefully last May. He was my HERO and biggest cheerleader.
It was, and still is, a life-altering and unimagineable loss.
I realized I needed to take some time to grieve, and heal, and remember how blessed and grateful I am to get to call him MY daddy.
He was not only my heart and soul, but he taught me how to make his incredible Pimento Cheese.
So while he may no longer be with us, thankfully for all of you, "Peter's Pimento Cheese" will live on.
