The Jerk

The Jerk The Jerk is a Caribbean-World fusion that offers selections bursting with flavor! We are excited to be here in Atlanta bringing a 300 year old treat!

We are bringing Gourmet Casual dining to Atlanta via food truck. The core of our recipes come from the Maroons who settled the mountains of Jamaica. We use only fresh organic ingredients and authentic smoking woods to reproduce the 300 plus year old tastes today. Each piece of chicken is treated with more than 26 hours of attention and love. The Rebellion Bowl - Disrespectfully Delicious. Real jasmine rice cooked in real sweet coconut covered with a spicy Korean style red bean topped with our 6 hour smoked - 3 day marinated chicken breast topped off again with sharp cheddar cheese, sour cream, onions and our scratch made Jerk Sauce.
