Do you know that Mini cheesecakes and Cheesecake Bites are a fantastic, crowd-pleasing idea for weddings and large events? They offer a delicious, bite-sized alternative to traditional cake, allow for a fun variety of flavors, and can be easily grabbed by guests.

However, because they are dairy-based and highly perishable they require temperature control to prevent melting or spoiling during the reception, so always make sure that you will have refrigeration available at the venue that way they can be kept chilled until close to serving time.

Mini cheesecakes and cream cheese icing should not be left out at room temperature for more than 2 hours so also please keep this in mind when ordering them or a wedding cake with cream cheese buttercream icing especially one that will be kept outdoors, even if it is under a tent.
