❤️ A Message from Mr. Tom's Wok ❤️

We want to apologize to anyone who has stopped by and found that we were sold out of certain menu items. The support from the Greenville community has been amazing, and while we work hard to prepare enough food each day, there are times when demand is higher than expected or wait times are a little longer during our busiest hours.

As many of you know, we are a small family run business, and sometimes family members step in wherever help is needed. We are doing our best to serve everyone as quickly as possible, and we truly appreciate your patience and understanding.

We also want to let everyone know that we are currently looking to add another experienced wok cook to our team. Finding someone with the right skills and commitment to quality takes time, but we are actively searching. We believe adding the right person will help us improve service times while maintaining the food you know and love.

Most importantly, thank you to the City of Greenville for welcoming us and supporting us from day one. The kind words, reviews, and encouragement mean so much to our family, and we are grateful for every customer who chooses to visit us.

If you ever have a concern about your food or your experience, please ask for Ralph directly. I want to hear your concerns personally so we can improve and make things right.

We wanted to give everyone a quick update: we’ve had a small setback, so our opening has been pushed back slightly. We are now hoping to open by Friday!

No worries we love Greenville and are incredibly excited to serve y’all. We can’t wait to welcome everyone through our doors and become part of this amazing community.

You heard that right, Mr.Toms Wok will no longer be selling Chinese food at the food lot in Van Alstyne. I want to start off by saying thank you to all our day 1 customers and friends we’ve made along this almost 2 year journey. Every order, every review, we are so grateful to have been able to serve you guys for this long of time. My family was offered a good spot up in Greenville Tx where we will be relocating, it is a big change but that is a risk we are willing to take. I hope you all wish us well in this new Venture. Thank you for all the continuous support. 💚💚

As for the food truck it will still be operating, under Mr.Toms Wife she will be turning it into a taco truck. Her food is also very tasty. Please give her a try! 😋 I will post full details soon!!
