Surprise! Having a surprise party? We got in, set up and got OUT so we didn’t ruin the surprise! This BBQ menu featured 16 hour slow roasted pulled pork, Mac and cheese, cowboy beans, coleslaw, potato salad, house made yeast rolls, bbq sauce and our signature pickles! No birthday party would be complete without a cake from Buttermilk & Honey Bakeshop in Wickenburg!

Let’s put that bbq to use! Grilled Greek chicken skewers with tzatziki, corn ribs with cilantro and cotija cheese, flatbread with spicy sausage and whipped feta, tri-tip sirloin with caprese tomatoes AND we even grilled the Brie on this one with some beautiful cherry tomatoes and jalapeños!
