Big news, Caldwell friends! 🌟
We’re thrilled to introduce our new name: Chico’s Tex Mex and Grill! 🎉

After a lot of reflection and with the utmost respect for Imelda and her legacy we have decided to rebrand the restaurant to get a fresh start and better reflect the fresh new vibe we are creating.

On top of new menu items and daily specials you will see updated decor in the restaurant, added evening hours, and if approved we are applying for a beer and wine license. 🍻🍷

With summer coming up we have exciting ideas for a new extended back patio and we will continue to have the front patio to enjoy as well. ☀️

We’re embracing this exciting change and hope you will too!!

Starting on March 1st our updated Sunday hours:
🕒 Monday–Saturday: 9-3
🕙 Sunday: 10-3

TOMORROW, January 5th, is the dawn of a THRILLING new chapter at Imelda’s Mexican Restaurant on Cleveland Blvd!

Our new management is all-in, cranking up the love for those legendary handmade tortillas, juicy sizzling carne asada, massive breakfast burritos that fuel your day, comforting Menudo that warms the soul, and every fresh, authentic homemade TexMex dish you’ve been craving! 😍❤️
Including Barbacoa, it’s back!! The unbeatable flavors you know and love, and we’re taking it to the next level with extra passion and excitement!

We’re open 9am-3pm Monday - Friday and 8-3 on Saturday. Come kick off this epic new era with us! Bring the fam, the friends, the appetite… let’s make tomorrow unforgettable!
