as born in Carcassonne, France. He enrolled with the Groisy Culinary Institute at 13 years of age. At the age of 14 years, he began his apprenticeship with The Torque Royal–Five Star Michelin-Gastronomic Restaurant–Casino-Hotel-Resort in Evian-Les Bains, France. After completing his formal education and training, he was asked to continue his career at The Torque Royal. Chef Sebastien prepared dishes for Celebrities and Royalty. The Prince of Arab-Saudi was a frequent guest at the hotel, because he expected nothing but the finest. Chef Sebastien received numerous honors and awards making him so successful that his name and reputation were known throughout Europe. Before moving to America, he was honored with “The Gold Medal of Culinary Excellence”. Chef Sebastien’s lifelong dream was to come to America and in August of 2005 he was given that opportunity. He came to America with only a few of his belongings, as well as best wishes and blessings from family, friends and colleagues. Since moving to America, Chef Sebastien has worked in restaurants in Albertville, Guntersville and Orange Beach, Alabama. He also lived and worked in California as Executive Chef for a large resort in Death Valley National Park in Death Valley, California. He was able to experience American Cuisine from different locations within the States and share his expertise with others. He returned to Alabama to be closer to his wife’s family and because he missed the area and the great hospitality of Southerners. His superior culinary expertise, work ethic, and dedication have led him to achieve great success and a large following.
