When we asked which Panino from the Past you wanted to see make a comeback, the Reuben got plenty of love.

So… IT’S BACK!

🥪 October Featured Panino: THE REUBEN

Corned beef, sauerkraut, mozzarella and Thousand Island, all wrapped up in our fresh, house-made Panino dough and baked to order.

If you remember this one from back in the day, you already know.

If you’ve never had one, now’s your chance.

The Reuben Panino is available all October or while supplies last, so don’t wait until October 31st and tell us you were “gonna come in.” 😂

Get it while it’s here! ⚾

And keep those Panino from the Past requests coming. You never know which one we’ll bring back next.

Let’s talk wings.

There’s a reason we’re pretty proud of ours.

We start with fresh wings, then put them through our own process before they ever make it to your table.

Seasoned. Baked. Fried until crispy. Tossed to order.

It takes more time and more prep than simply dropping a frozen wing into the fryer, but that extra work gives us the crispy, flavorful wings we’ve become known for.

Then comes the fun part.

Toss them in one of our house sauces or seasonings, including flavors we’ve developed right here at Extra Innings, or choose from our huge lineup of wing flavors.

It’s a process we’ve worked on, tweaked and improved over the years.

Because Marshall’s Best Wings shouldn’t just be a slogan. We want to earn it every time they hit your table.

There’s the easy way. And then there’s our way. 🍕

A lot of pizza sausage comes pre-cooked, pre-seasoned and frozen in a bag. Open it up, spread it on a pizza and you’re done.

We do things a little differently.

Our Italian sausage starts fresh, gets seasoned in-house with our own blend of spices, and is cooked right here in our kitchen.

Does it take more time? Yep.

Could we make things easier on ourselves? Absolutely.

But after all these years, we still believe the little things matter. Better ingredients. More made from scratch. More control over what goes into your food.

Fresh is better.

And that’s how we do things at Extra Innings. ⚾🍕

🍕 WE’RE HIRING: Part-Time Frozen Pizza & Prep Cook

This is a little different than your typical restaurant job.

Once you’re trained and comfortable with the position, there’s a lot of flexibility in when you get the work done. That makes this a great fit for someone looking for part-time hours that can work around another job, school or a busy schedule.

But there’s a catch…

You need to be someone we can count on to get it done right without someone looking over your shoulder.

We’re looking for someone who is self-motivated, organized and able to work quickly and efficiently on their own. Attention to detail matters. Consistency matters. Taking pride in what you put out matters.

Not a job for corner-cutters.

You’ll be responsible for making frozen pizzas for our Extra Slice Fundraising program, keeping our house-made seasoning blends stocked, organizing and fulfilling fundraiser orders, contacting sellers when orders are ready, and helping with kitchen prep when time allows.
