We proudly started as a Food Cart in 2014 in the Sellwood-Moreland neighborhood and were thrilled to be able to move only a short distance to expand into a brick and mortar location on Bybee Blvd in 2017. We have since expanded to a location on SE Division with a new NW Portland location opening soon!

We loved the way smoky, salty bacon transformed under a glossy honey glaze, with nutty sesame adding a fragrant finish. It was sweet, savory, crisp, and just a little indulgent.. but we wanted to build something around it that brought balance and depth.

That led us to tender soyaki-braised chicken, whose rich, savory-sweet flavor gives the bacon a hearty foundation. To brighten every bite, we added a crisp vegetable slaw tossed in tangy rice w**e vinaigrette, bringing a refreshing crunch that cuts through the richness. Finally, red chili aioli adds a warm, lingering kick that ties everything together. 🌶️

All of it comes tucked into a soft, buttery brioche bun and finished with that irresistible honey sesame bacon.
