Been quiet over here for a while.

Since 2017 I’ve used ketones as part of my routine — sometimes consistently, sometimes not. If I’m being honest, I drifted into “maintenance mode” the last couple years. I like the product. I wasn’t thrilled with some of the corporate shifts. So I stopped pushing and just used what worked for me.

But here’s what I’ve realized:

Energy, focus, and recovery matter more now than they did in my 30s.

I’m not here to hype anything.
I’m not building a “team.”
I’m not selling a dream.

I’m rebuilding a personal metabolic strategy.

Ketones are one tool in that toolbox — alongside fasting, sleep discipline, strength work, and smarter nutrition.

So this page is shifting.

Less noise.
More real-world experimentation.
More performance conversations.
