- My Background -
All things food has been my passion since I was a little girl. Growing up baking Scandinavian treats with my grandmother catapulted me into my love for baking. I have worked in many high-end restaurant kitchens preparing wonderful dishes and desserts. I held onto my passion through the years and now hold a Bachelors Degree in Culinary Ar

ts & Food Service Management. My passion has spilled into hospitality where my love for working with, helping, and providing for people can flourish.

Lil’s Desserts was created by me in 2017, then transformed into Scandamerican Confections in 2023. Through all my travels and residences, I continued to hold onto that passion for creating delicious food and decadent treats. I wanted to share my craft with the world, which is why I decided to create Lil’s Desserts. I make all fan favorites from chocolate chip cookies and lemon bars, to tiramisu and pâte à choux! To represent my Scandinavian background and childhood favorites, I have introduced classic Norwegian, Swedish, Finnish, and Danish confections to my menu. I want to share these amazing, unique creations and shed light on the interesting techniques, ingredients, and desserts Scandinavians have devised. Although confection is in the name, I also provide delightful appetizers and hors d’oeuvres using real, fresh, and local ingredients. I would be honored to prepare delicious provisions for all of your personal, party, and event needs. From holiday gifts and family gatherings, to birthdays and baby showers, I’m your go-to girl!
