WHAT ARE WE EATING AT IRON HORSE?

Ever wonder what we’re eating when we grab a plate and head back to the office?

This is one of our go-to meals—the Blackened Cajun Shrimp and Salmon.

Fresh Atlantic salmon coated in our house blackened Cajun seasoning, topped with four sautéed shrimp and Cajun sauce, then served over cilantro-lime rice.

When we’re trying to eat a little lighter, we may not finish all the rice. And the honey-glazed carrots? Let’s just say vegetables aren’t exactly our thing. LOL.

But the salmon and shrimp don’t stand a chance.
