A young rock band pulls in to the infamous roadhouse. They’d heard stories of all of the wonderful musicians that had played that stage. They set up the gear and fine tuned the sound check when the bass player approaches the bartender. The slender, long haired young man politely says, “ma’am, we love this venue but why is there no catfish on the soft opening menu?”
