I am looking to hire an executive chef for Three Sirens Restaurant Group.
This roll will be tackling new concepts we have waiting in the wings and assisting in managing current ones.
Must be fully versed in all aspects of back of the house operations and have basic knowledge of front of the house as well.
Must have a flexible schedule, be able to pivot quickly with a good attitude and able to handle the new found pressures we face in this industry.
Must be willing to work a line when required.
Teach new comers how to best execute our practices.
Take on catering and special events, creating specialized menus.
Participate in community chef events for charitable causes.
Manage their administrative work, menus and staff with effeciancy.
Be respectful and helpful to their fellow coworkers.
And last but not least, be willing to grow as a chef and leader.
I am willing to go out of town to interview and assist to relocate if needed.
I will make this shareable.
( and yes I am on all hiring sites, just have yet to find a good fit.)
