We had the opportunity to cater a 75th birthday party in Happy Valley.

The menu below:
• Charcuterie board (Feeds 30)
Meats: Salami, Capicola, Chorizo, Prosciutto,
Cheese: Manchego, Smoked Maple Goat Cheese, Brie
Accompaniments: Fig Jam, Caramelized Onion Jam, Almonds, Walnuts, Olives, Dried Apricots
• 30 Caprese Skewers - heirloom cherry tomato, basil, mozzarella, balsamic drizzle, sea salt
• 1 fruit tray with sweet cream dip (Feeds 30)
Concord Grapes, Kiwis, Cantaloupe, Strawberries, Honey Dew, Pineapple
• 1 veggies tray with hummus (Feeds 30)
Pickled Asparagus, Carrot, Snap peas, Small Bell Peppers, Cherry Tomatoes, Classic Mediterranean Hummus with Olive Oil and Smoked Paprika
• 30 Italian sliders-Ham, Provolone, Shredded lettuce, thin sliced red onion, tomato, roasted garlic aioli, mini ciabatta – dressed with Oil & Vinegar
