For everyone who has been asking: ROSSO Bitta’s Vermouth is finally coming back. 🇮🇹❤️

After a long journey, ROSSO Bitta’s vermouth has officially been bottled in Italy and is now on its way to the United States.

We know how many of you have missed it, and we are so excited to share that we now have a reliable way to bring it over and keep it stocked more consistently at Vino Lab.

As soon as it arrives and is available for purchase, we’ll let you know!

What a beautiful day celebrating Keith & Victoria. 🤍

We had the pleasure of catering their wedding and helping bring everything together, and it was such a special one to be part of. Seeing everyone gathered around great food, good wine, and celebrating such a happy occasion is exactly why we love what we do.

Every year, the Fancy Food Show reminds me why I love what I do.

It’s always so nice to reconnect with the people and brands we’ve worked with for years, and just as exciting to discover new ones. I spend these few days tasting, asking questions, and looking for products that I truly believe are worth bringing home.

Our goal has always been simple: to keep finding the best products we can for our guests! 🇮🇹🍕🍝

A table full of pasta, Italian wine, and almost 100 people gathered together on a beautiful summer evening. ❤️🍝🍷

These nights always remind us of home.

Chef Elisabetta spent the evening serving fresh spaghetti alla chitarra with Bolognese, bringing a little piece of real Italy to Troy once again. There is something special about seeing strangers become friends over a shared table, a glass of wine, and a plate of pasta.

And because no Italian meal is complete without something sweet, Chef Roberta surprised everyone with cannoli to end the night!

To everyone who joined us, thank you for filling our backyard with laughter, conversation, and the kind of energy that makes these events so memorable.

Join us for Michigan’s Longest Pasta Table — a communal outdoor dinner celebrating great food, wine, family, and community.

We’re transforming our parking lot into one giant Italian-style dinner table for a special Father’s Day celebration(because dads deserve pasta!).

✨ Saturday, June 20 at 6 PM
🍝 Fresh pasta + focaccia
🍷 One glass of house wine included with ticket
🍸 Cocktails, wine, gelato & more available for purchase
👨‍👩‍👧 Family-friendly — kids welcome
🪑 Bring your own lawn chair and grab a seat at the table. Think neighborhood block party… but make it Italian 🇮🇹

For this tagliata, I wanted something that felt balanced but still full of flavor. Perfectly sliced steak, crispy oven roasted potatoes, a fresh garden salad, and small drops of mango sauce to brighten the whole dish and bring a subtle sweetness to every bite ✨

Simple, thoughtful, and exactly the kind of plate I love creating at Cucina Lab.

So many of you have been asking for years… and I’m finally able to say it, we’re doing pizza!!!! 🍕

Starting April 29th, every Wednesday from 5–9 PM, we’ll be serving our pizzas at

Same Cucina Lab way of working: Italian flour, clean ingredients, nothing complicated—just really good pizza made with care.

Come eat it there with a glass of wine, or take it home for a cozy night in!
