I wanted to clear something up because I’ve seen a few comments lately about our move to Trinity.

Trinity was never supposed to replace our New Port Richey location. The original plan was for Cheesecake Chicks at The Collective to be our SECOND location.

Unfortunately, permit issues made it impossible for us to keep our New Port Richey location open the way we had planned. We didn’t leave New Port Richey because we thought Trinity was “better,” and we definitely didn’t want to leave the community that helped build Cheesecake Chicks.

We came to The Collective because we genuinely believed in the concept — and we still do. There’s food, drinks, indoor and outdoor seating, live music, events and so much potential here.

What we’re learning is that we have to find where Cheesecake Chicks fits into that concept.

And I think we’re finally figuring it out… DESSERTS. 😂🍰

Cheesecake has always been who we are, and it continues to be what you guys come to us for. So instead of trying to be everything, we’re simplifying and putting our energy back into what we do best: cheesecakes, desserts, specialty drinks and coffee.

And yes… the crab dip is staying. 😂🦀 That’s part of me, part of Cheesecake Chicks, and somehow it continues to be one of our highest-selling food items!

We’re still figuring things out. We’re still adjusting. But most importantly, we’re listening to what YOU are actually buying and building Cheesecake Chicks around that.

To everyone who followed us from New Port Richey to Trinity, continues to order our cheesecakes, recommends us, shares our posts and roots for this little business — thank you. 💗

Now we just need to get more of you through those doors so you can see what we’ve been creating. 😉🍰
