We offer Door County Coffee, soothing teas, and natural remedies alongside a curated selection of wellness products. Our space is a peaceful retreat, wether you're grabbing a coffee to go, exploring our apothecary, or joining us for one of our services or classes. Located in Downtown Traverse City an expansion of the Higher Self Bookstore, come reset in our cozy communal space where friends can gather, unwind and connect along the Boardman River. We offer wellness services and workshops, from herbal remedy consultations to reiki, astrology, community meditation (and more) providing nourishment for the body, mind and soul!

Herb of the Week:

Its antimicrobial properties have also made it a go-to for wound care in traditional herbal practice. With its earthy, spicy scent, osha root is more than a remedy—it’s a mountain medicine with deep roots in plant wisdom.

Fun fact: It’s said that bears seek out this root after hibernation to awaken their bodies and clear their lungs—hence the name Bear Root.

Dandelion Love from Root to Leaf 💛

Often mistaken for a simple w**d, dandelion is actually one of the most generous plants around—nurturing the earth, feeding pollinators, and offering wellness to us, too.

Dandelion leaves help aerate compact soil, restore minerals like calcium, and support balance in the land. One of the first spring blooms, dandelions are essential early nourishment for bees and other pollinators. Letting them grow a little longer supports biodiversity and honors the rhythm of nature.

For us humans, dandelion leaf has long been treasured as a gentle support for digestion and kidney function. Its slightly bitter taste adds depth to salads and teas—and yes, every part of the plant is edible and full of purpose.

We carry dried dandelion leaf tea in the shop—stop by and sip a little Earth wisdom.
