Madre, abuela, and amiga extraordinaire! We would be lost without this amazing woman (and her secret ingredient for famous Mexican rice).

Everyone wish this wonderful woman a happy birthday! We love you, mamacita! Thank you for all you do.

Did somebody say quesadilla?! 🤤

A fan favorite, our signature quesadilla is smothered with queso fresco on the inside AND outside of the tortilla. Your choice of meat for the perfect cheesy and delicious combo.

You don’t have to take our word for it, though! We’re open for carry out, dine in, and delivery via daily from 11am-7pm.

We look forward to serving you amigos!

At times it feels surreal to look at how far we’ve come, amigos.

What started as a truck and dream has become something so much larger than we could’ve ever imagined, and we owe that to all of you. ✨

Muchas gracias for helping us turn dreams into reality! While the food truck is closed for the season, our restaurant is open 7 days a week here in Traverse City, and the truck is still available for catering events! 🌮

For catering inquiries, please reach out to [email protected] and include your event’s size and date.

Thank you to our wonderful community for all the support over the years! We couldn’t do it without you.
