Where has Bailey been?

Life has kept me busy, my sister got married, we had birthday parties, baby showers and lots of smiles with school starting up again and life but I've been baking for lots of different occasions filling tummies and hearts with wholesome from-scratch baked goods.

I'm still here, baking for the Middleton and Villages area, just taking limited orders to ensure I keep a good balance with my family.

My next availability is end of October, believe it or not!

🎉 250 Followers + GIVEAWAY 🎉

I honestly don't have enough words to express how grateful I am for each and every one of you. I AM HUMBLED BEYOND WORDS.

What started as a love for baking has turned into something so much bigger. There is nothing that fills my heart more than filling your tummies with delicious homemade treats. ❤️

The support from this community has been incredible. Lately, I've been booked almost solid, and when I decided to do a last-minute porch sale with cinnamon rolls, they sold out in just 8 minutes—before I could even get through the line! I was completely blown away.

Thank you for trusting me with your store openings, birthdays, celebrations, sweet cravings, and special moments. Thank you for sharing my posts, recommending Bailey Bakes to your friends and neighbors, and cheering on this small business every step of the way.

Bailey Bakes wouldn't be here without this amazing community, and I am so thankful for every order, every comment, every like, and every follower.

As a small thank you, I'm doing a giveaway! 🍪

Thinking about how to make your next event memorable?

Try one of my Luxury Cakes, this one is the Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Cake, filled with edible (safe to eat) cookie dough.

It is so good I made it for my own birthday cake!

Best part of being a baker? Turning your dream birthday cake into something real.

This Sunday, I’m celebrating a 2-for-1 Mother’s Day + Birthday combo in the sweetest way possible.

Featured: my Luxury Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Cake — a rich chocolate chip cake layered with edible cookie dough and finished with smooth vanilla buttercream. I did cheat and topped this one with store bought baked cookies, but rest assured, if you order this cake it will all be from scratch!

This week, I had the honor of creating a truly special cake.

My husband’s grandma used to make him an orange cake growing up—it was always his favorite. When a customer reached out asking if I could recreate that same nostalgic cake, I couldn’t say no.

I’m so grateful to have had the opportunity to bring it to life—made completely from scratch with fresh ingredients and no artificial colors or flavors.
