Here’s a little summary of how ordering works:

My bakery is a dedicated gluten-free bakery, and I also accommodate for all the other major allergens.

I had been doing weekly specials, but they hadn’t been getting me the sales volume I needed, so I am now experimenting with just baking some things and posting them and hoping they sell. I’m always up for suggestions as to what you’d like to see me bake.

I also have a menu saved in the pinned post on my page. There’s a bread menu too. And I take special requests as well.

This is what I do full-time, so you can order for pick up any day of the week. My normal hours are 7:30 AM till noon and 2:30 PM till 8 PM. Pick up is at 7304 Shadow Brooke.

I take PayPal, Venmo, and cash app.

To order something I’ve posted, something from the menu, or to make a special request just send me a message or text 903-276-2742.

Gracie and I got out extra early yesterday for our morning walk before the farmers market. I love our early morning walks on farmers market days. We start in the dark and watch the sky wake up as we walk. (Actually, I watch the sky and Gracie keeps her eye out for birds and squirrels.). It’s peaceful. It gives me time to reflect, to let my mind wander, and to think about all the people I hope to see at the market.

I am so very grateful for each of you who are supporting my little bakery in all your various ways - purchasing, advertising, encouraging, etc. I hope each one of you makes some space in your day each day to slow down, reflect, and give thanks. None of us are too busy to stop and be grateful. I’m thankful for you.💙👨‍🍳

Thank you to all who came up to the farmers market today. I enjoyed meeting many new people and visiting with friends.

And I want to say a special thank you to my friends at B&S Farms for writing on my new chalkboard sign. (My penmanship is not great🙂.)

Their sauerkraut is amazing, by the way. If you haven’t tried it, you should - even if you don’t like sauerkraut.
