I started with my nana on her kitchen counter, covered in cocoa powder and I never stopped. I was fortunate enough to make my way over to Europe and see the true beauty of Pastries through Paris, Italy and Switzerland. Not only was this incredible trip completely transforming as a young adult, it also set peace in me knowing this is what I was supposed to be doing. Down the road in 2012 I was acce

pted into Baking & Pastry School and I graduated with an Associated Degree then continued my education within the Culinary Arts world and obtained my Culinary Management Degree as well. In 2019 we moved from Oregon to Texas and have grown our family by 2 amazing beings. Making delicious cakes and pastries has always followed me where ever I go, and now the universe in placing ample opportunities for my small business to grow and I am excited to see where we go from here.
