Why:
1. Raise some money for the awesome work of the to help find treatments and ultimately a cure for this rare genetic disorder.

2. TWO INCREDIBLE SPECIALS for Callum
--> All proceeds from the specials go directly to the STXBP1 Foundation!

@ Defiance Cafe - The Rocky Patty: Housemade cocobread patty stuffed with delicious mix Bric's Italian Beef, pickled giardiniera, and hot peppers. Stop by Bric's some hot jou or calabrian chili aioli to finish it off.

@ Bric's Dip and Roll - Jerk Chopped Cheese: jerk angus beef, house pickled hot peppers, Pat's Pimento Cheese from Defiance Cafe and crispy fried onions on an Annie's Bakers roll!
