General information

The Evening Optimist Club is an active Civic Club that meets twice a month and manages over 15 community projects every year. We have 49 Active Members on our roster. Every 2nd of each month, we meet Angel's Mexican Restaurant on South Pike West (near Shoney's) and the 4th Tuesday meeting is held at the Ashton Mill Apartment Community Center (Loring Mill Road) beginning at 6:30 p.m. The meeting begins at 7:00 p.m. There is a guest speaker at most of our meetings and we wrap up every meeting by reciting the Optimist Creed. It's a great time and we'd love for you to come out and see what we are all about.
