These past few weeks have been a roller coaster for us.
We got nominated for Favorite Food Truck in Southwest Michigan and ever since then, things have been crazy busy for us seeing so many new faces, meeting new people, and selling out faster than ever.

We want to thank each and every one of you for trusting us and supporting our food. Every plate we make, we cook with love as if we were serving our own family.

A huge thank you to everyone who nominated us (even though we didn’t even know about it at first 😅). Because of you, we made it all the way to 8th place. That means more to us than you know.

We may not have taken 1st place, but this showed us that we’re doing something right and for that, we’re beyond grateful.

This is only the beginning for Tortilleria Dos Hermanos. Thank you for being part of our journey.

A few customers mentioned that our birria hasn’t been looking the same lately, and after checking ourselves, we noticed it too.

We realized that keeping it hot in the bain-marie was causing it to lose some of its rich color over time. The flavor was still there, but we know the look and quality matter just as much.

That’s why we’re going back to how we used to do it every order will now be served fresh straight from the pot, keeping that deep color, flavor, and freshness you know us for.

Thank you for always being honest with us and helping us improve. We’re always listening and always working to give you the best. ❤️🔥
