🚚✨Life Update from your fav Chef:

Mom has been progressing every day ♥️ slowly but steadily, it’s amazing to think how blessed we are for being able to eat every day and do our daily activities in our own with no issues and not having to depend on someone to walk to the couch.

Thankfully her health will continue to improve and she will get better and better, as much as I wish this was within a few days it’s not and it will take the time she needs to get better and back to her old self 🥰

I appreciate everyone that took the time to ask how my mom’s health is and all your prayers too ♥️♥️♥️✨

We had an amazing day yesterday at 📍Block34 we were ✨SOLD OUT at 5pm! 😱 and when I tell you we prepared for it I’m not joking! We had tons of food ready and now our fridge is empty 😅😅

I’m so grateful for all the support of each customer and friends that came by to get some food 🧡 I’m so sorry for the long wait time but the lines were nonstop and I make sure everything goes out delicious and fresh! We even ran out of cilantro and onions like WHAT? 😮

We are sad to be gone for this couple of weeks but my mom and her health will always be first for me, I truly appreciate everyone’s understanding! 🤠🧡

❤️ A LITTLE HEARTFELT UPDATE FROM EL SABROSO ❤️

This post is a little more personal than usual. 🥺

My mom has been in and out of the hospital these past couple of weeks, and next week I’ll be traveling back home to Mexico to be with her. As an only child, being there for my mom during this difficult time is something my heart just can’t ignore. ❤️

I’ll be away for about two weeks, which unfortunately means we’ll be on a pretty tight budget while El Sabroso takes a little break. So if you’ve been thinking about coming to support our little food truck… THIS IS YOUR SIGN. 🥹🌮❤️

We’ll be at Block 34 this Saturday for Oktoberfest from 10 AM–8 PM, and we’re coming LOADED with all your El Sabroso favorites! 🌮🔥🧀
