One of our customers sent this after dinner…

And finally… our first new sammich of the season!

After cooking tacos for a friend’s wedding this weekend, we officially perfected the Birria Sandwich:

🧀 Sharp white cheddar

And if you ask nicely (and Victoria doesn’t eat them all first), we might even have street corn esquites. 🌽
