Y'all... that was a lot of GRAVY...

You guys absolutely blew us away this past weekend. Thanks to your appetite for a good cause, we sold 𝟰𝟰𝟭 𝗗𝗼𝗹𝗹𝘆'𝘀 𝗗𝗼𝗴𝘀 and raised $𝟴𝟴𝟮 for the St. Louis County Library to support local childhood literacy!

Because the response was so incredible—and because we’re not ready to stop giving back in her honor—The Dolly Dog is officially staying on the menu through September 25th! Yes, that's 9-2-5! (What a way to make a livin!) 🎵

That means you’ve got almost another whole month to grab that smoked all-beef frank smothered in warm sausage gravy, crispy bacon, and a sweet maple bourbon drizzle. We’re going to keep donating $2 from every single Dolly Dog sold straight with $1 going to St. Louis Public Library (City) and $1 each to St. Louis County Library.

Huge thank you to everyone who came out, ordered up, and helped us celebrate a legend. Let's keep making Dolly proud and raising funds for our local libraries!

And we will always love... The Dolly Dog. Today is the final day that we are honoring Dolly Parton with this down home dog. Just as Dolly would have wanted, $2 from every Dolly Dog sold will go to the St. Louis County Library. Why, you ask? In addition to their incredible youth and literacy programs, St. Louis County Library has a social worker in every location, Narcan Distribution, Diaper Distribution, Food Distribution and more. SLCL's work can be felt across the region and we believe St. Louis as a whole is better for what they do. Thank you for helping us support that work. Yesterday, we sold 300 Dolly Dogs! Can we do more today?!

Moonlight Ramble night riders: Our food truck window is OPEN! 🚴‍♂️✨

​If you’re out at Carondelet Park for the ride, come fuel up or celebrate the finish line with us. We’re serving up hot dogs and late-night eats right out of the truck, and we’ll be slinging food until at least midnight!

​Look for the Steve's truck, roll on up, and grab some food before you head home. See you out there!

The Dolly Dog is a smoked all-beef frank topped with Tennessee sausage gravy, bacon crumbles, and a maple bourbon drizzle.

$2 from every Dolly's Dog sold Saturday 8/29 and Sunday 8/30 goes straight to the St. Louis County Library, in Dolly's honor. Dolly's own Imagination Library has mailed free books to kids for over 30 years, and this weekend we're doing our small part to support that same mission right here in St. Louis.

Available all day both days at South Grand and Chesterfield. Dine-in, carryout, or order through the Steve's Hot Dogs app. Third-party delivery orders aren't included in the donation.

Come get one this weekend and support your library while you're at it!!

WOWWWWW you guys blew us away with your response to our Dolly Dog announcement earlier this week! We're pretty sure everyone in STL knows by now, but just in case, we wanted to remind you of what's happening this weekend.

Starting tomorrow, we are honoring the legendary Dolly Parton with The Dolly Dog. It is a smoked all-beef frank topped with warm sausage gravy, crispy bacon crumbles, and a sweet maple bourbon drizzle.

$2 from every Dolly Dog sold this Saturday and Sunday will be donated directly to the St. Louis County Library in her honor to support childhood literacy. This will be at South Grand & Chesterfield only. We won't be serving up the Dolly Dog at the soccer game, but we encourage you to pop by South Grand on the way to get you one!

This will be available all day Saturday and Sunday at both locations for dine-in, carryout, and orders placed directly through the Steve's Hot Dogs app. Third-party delivery orders are excluded from the donation match.

Come on out, celebrate her incredible legacy with us, and help support our local libraries!
