Our dream for Anna Cucina was to get organic-non-GMO food to people fast. It has taken an inordinate amount of time to embark on our dream. We had no culinary training, no cooking experience…just a love for good food. Our commercial kitchen and café were our “incubators” so we could learn with wonderful people as test customers and make our mistakes on a small scale. We appreciate all the support from the magnificent people in this Fairfield community. There is more to this story…Best, Anna Cucina
