This is our weekly schedule post!! But first... A few thank yous

This weekend tested the abilities of the trailer and the amazing crew we have. Three days, three long days, topped off with a potential 1000 person event Sunday ( weather messed that up some but still mind blowing even in the rain ). Food truck Friday is always an absolute blast, we get to eat from every vendor, meet many new life long guests and get to enjoy the amazing atmosphere City Of Kimmswick Events brings.

Saturday the Bobby Griffin cruise at Griffin Automotive Design was absolutely fantastic. The car community likely has the best people ever in it. We love setting up with gelu St. Lou and Messy Bettie's Smash Burgers. After nearly completely selling out ( 2lbs of turkey breast and 3 pork steaks left ) we ended the day finishing the prep for Sunday. Meat went on at 8am. The last was pulled at 11pm. Chef Dean and myself stayed up all night finishing the prep for what Sunday could bring

Sunday... Oh my... The crew was absolutely amazing and the crowd... Mind blowing. Truly mind blowing the love received. When the rain started we quickly got our 10x20 canopy setup to help those in line. With four on the trailer, two of which are brand new, we maintained under 30sec serve times and served hundreds the highest quality BBQ offered anywhere in STL currently. Oh, and got another perfect score on a health inspection after running two prior days with heavy events.

With all of that said, we have two private to events during the week this week. Meaning we are only running Saturday this weekend ( currently ). If my order arrives on time we will open up Sunday as a pop up.

Saturday:

Service time will likely begin at 5pm but we currently do not have all the event details. As we get them, we will update!!

We cannot wait to see everyone soon and have a truly amazing day / night with some very special people. I do believe they have a charge for my entry but they are doing a fireworks display at sunset. Pay to enter, grab some awesome food and watch the sky light up. See everyone soon!!

After a sell out last night and quick reset for today, Bonne Terre we are heading your way!! Griffin Automotive Design is hosting a truly phenomenal car cruise event beginning at 5pm.
