I have been DNA sexing my silkie keepers lately, and I just want to throw it out there that ALL my keepers from this last hatch came back MALE!!! Now I am not saying the ones up for sale from my last post are females, but odds are in favor of females 😅💜

*I doubt I’ll be getting any inquiries but just to ward them off in advance: the DNA sexed males are NFS, I grow them out in hopes of finding that perfect future breeder, as they grow and I assess how they are developing I may make some cuts later on (6mo, 12mo, 18mo-24mo are generally when I make cuts, same will go for females that I have kept back) and they will be posted if I decide to let go at that time☺️*

**if you are buying straight run chicks from me and would like them DNA sexed for your personal information, I am happy to do so for $5 per chick. I will collect DNA samples before you pick up the chicks and I will run the samples as soon as I am able. I am not running DNA for chicks purchased elsewhere at this time, if you have chicks you want DNA sexed I know several labs that offer this just message me and I am happy to send referrals!

Local southern MO people! I have an abundance of eating eggs! (I mean you can try to hatch if you like but I’m not guaranteeing any bit of fertility!) most of these are pullet eggs from my grow outs that started laying recently, some pens have no roosters and some have young cockerels who may or may not be doing their job yet. So if you are going to pay eating egg prices it’s an incubate at your own risk! 😉 or you can just have some pretty counter ornaments for eating ☺️that said I am going to be making some rainbow dozens if anyone wants some send me a message!
