Louis, Missouri region. It is the brainchild of Pierce Creek Cattle
Company. The mission is to provide healthy, locally raised, pasture-fed beef with a commitment to
quality and sustainability. We do not use any unnecessary antibiotics or added hormones. We are truly
farm-to-table. The MOObile offers a delectable "from scratch" menu that includes smash burgers, house-made sauces, beignets, specialty burgers & beef dishes, and a house-made vegetarian bean burger. The MOObile brings delicious, wholesome, cooked-to-order food to wherever we go. Our experience includes festivals, events, catering, corporate events, and private parties. We are fully
licensed, insured, and permitted. Our areas of expertise include:

Violins, please! Sadly, The MOObile is experiencing a mechanical issue and will not be at the St. Louis Symphony concert tonight unless there is some sort of miracle.

The concentration of our food system means just 4 companies buy and process from thousands of farms, increasing the risk of nationwide contamination events, all while farmers receive low payments for their cattle.

You should know exactly where your beef comes from and have confidence in what you are consuming. When you buy from a local farmer, shop at a farmers market, or visit a local, independent grocery store, you know what you're getting and who you're getting it from.
