ya girl just got a new gig back in the restaurant world, so lemme blow the dust off of this… concept is vegan and vegetarian food, from scratch, I’m learning a lot and can flex a lil bit but wait until I’m not working TWO JOBS, I can really flex…

In order:
1: shells and veggies w cashew cream sauce, herbs, and garlic oil

2: Red Thai curry w coconut curry sauce and candied jalapeno

3: fried Brussel sprouts w hazelnut & pistachio brittle, smoked paprika, basil and cashew cream tzatziki sauce

4: Butternut squash vodka pasta w garlic breadcrumbs, fried kale & lions mane topper

5: vegan cornbread & jambalaya (seitan, okra, peppers, jalapeno, celery, onion) w a old bay hot sauce based sauce

6: Vegan shells and cheese

7: Lions mane Crab Cakes, Roasted Vegetables, maple Dijon tossed mesclun, remoulade
