This months Daily Blend rotation will feature:

And we're introducing something brand new...

🫐🍋 Blueberry Lemon Bites!

These bite-sized treats are perfect for grabbing with your fingers, easy to share, and packed with the same flavor you've come to expect from us. They're not overly decorated—just simple, delicious, and made to let the cheesecake shine.

If these are a hit, we'll start introducing unique specialty treats like this on a regular basis. We're even planning mixed sample packs so you can enjoy multiple flavors in one container without having to choose just one favorite.

We teamed up with Scratch & Co. for their soft opening and had an absolute blast serving hundreds and hundreds of samples of Raspberry White Chocolate Pistachio, Cookie Butter, and our signature Blueberry Lemon cheesecake.

The feedback was overwhelming. Honestly, it may have all gone straight to my head. You can only hear "this is the best cheesecake I've ever had" so many times before you start believing it. 🤣 Of course, a few complimentary drinks and appetizers may have helped fuel that confidence as well. 😉

A huge thank you to the entire team at Scratch & Co. for the opportunity, hospitality, and support. They've built something truly special, and we're excited to be a small part of it. The food is *chefs kiss*

And to everyone who stopped by for a sample, shared feedback, or came back for seconds, thirds, or fourths (you know who you are 😜), THANK YOU. The response exceeded every expectation we had, and we can't wait for you to get your hands on the full slices, which will be available at the restaurant starting Monday!

This week's cheesecake flavor is our Chocolate Chip Cookie Brownie Cheesecake! 🍪🍫...... with a layer of chocolate chip cookie dough and brownie batter mixed together....topped with rich chocolate ganache and a fresh homemade chocolate chip cookie.

This will be our only flavor available this week as we focus on preparations for the restaurant opening. Next week we'll be back with a variety of cheesecake flavors for everyone to enjoy!
