Happy 7th year anniversary to my interior design business! The first quarter of 2026 has been a good one! Moved into a design studio, had a few great projects completed, got a lot of Ohio snow so skiing was good, and went on an epic London and Paris trip with some great girls! This all would not be possible without my Clients and industry partners. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I’m finally getting a chance to post pictures from our grand opening event that happened in March. Thanks to everyone who came out to support us and me, it means more than you know. 💛 I had a goal this year to open a design studio/office space for my interior design business. On January 5th it happened and so I’m finished with my goals this year…haha. Special thanks to .art and her partner for taking photos and for your support and for dj-ing. -helping set up and cheerleader. Tara Brogan

BRID Design studio in the works. Francis Coppola’s Procecco label was the inspiration for the studio’s red-orange paint color. I’m gaining two studio mates, and am thrilled! Anna creates leather purses/ small leather goods, loves fabric and sewing. Antoinette creates a large sculpture art and has a background in many art mediums, one being metal foundry work. We will be working separately but we are also looking forward to collaborating on furniture design/ fabrication, home deco items, rugs, lighting, and whatever inspires us. We will be hosting an open house in February sometime, stay tuned.

Swipe for before pics. Warm wood vanities mix with graphic clean lines and a black/white color palette in this renovated bathroom. The clever existing shower footprint turned into his closet design is my fave part. What a dreamy job I have the privilege of doing. Also feels like playing Tetris at times. Thanks to the construction team that go the extra mile for each project and client.

The Fluevog family’s house will make you look twice. “The neighbors call it a ‘shape sorter’ house,” says Ali, who lives there with her husband, Adrian, and their two young sons, Jonah and Lucas. This kitchen is located in the Belmont neighborhood of Dayton, Ohio. The home was built in 1940. I wanted to keep the 40’s feel but updated, like a modern cottage. Some details: white with brown and gray vein quartz countertops. Kitchen Aid Cafe appliances, Kraft-maid cabinets, Delta faucet, Blanco sink, 6” square backsplash tile, charcoal and white porcelain floral floor tile, brass Restoration Hardware cabinet handles, and retro lighting fixtures. The rustic beam was meant to be a supporting beam between the two spaces, however, we ended up having a structural engineer tell us that it wasn’t necessary, so it’s now a faux beam. Renee, the client, is shown in the first photo (she is really fun)! We had a great time together on this project and I really appreciate her trusting me with this large renovation project. Thanks to for the multiple trade skills he used on this project.
