MH Boobie Cookies

Options available:
with extra protein
with fenugreek
with brewers yeast
with half sugar

The dose of fenugreek or brewer's yeast is touchy I have added enough fenugreek/brewer's yeast for 3 cookies to be a daily dose. I like to split it up have them throughout the day, but you can eat them at once if you notice a certain time of the day that you struggle with milk.

* note about fenugreek...
Fenugreek has been known to help mother's produce more breast milk, but recent studies suggest it does the opposite for about 30% of women
