It’s with excitement and (a little sadness) we announce that we have sold Bamboo Southampton. Though we loved this restaurant and all its wonderful patrons, it’s time for us to move on.

We feel confident passing the torch to our former manager, Jess Gouws and her partner Gary Spangler. We have so much praise and appreciation for our incredible, hardworking staff and will miss them all very much.

Although we do plan to spend some time with our family, we hope to see everyone again at our next endeavor.
