Saturday, September 26, 5–7 PM....join MTH Pizza Kitchen Manager Israel Molina for an adults-only, hands-on pizza class on the patio. Just 12 spots, learning to shape, top, launch, and bake a proper pie on a Gozney Roccbox oven.

Israel trained in Florence, so when he tells you to use more flour on the peel, listen. Apps, two drink tickets, hands-on time with the dough, and zeppoli to finish. Pizza school....if pizza school knew how to have a Saturday night.

This week’s pizza starts with a garlic oil base, layers on mozz + cheddar, then goes full flavor bomb with picadillo, bacon crumbles, and sweet ripe plantains. It’s savory, it’s sweet, it’s a little chaotic in the best way.

Every pie starts the same way: dough that’s been waiting 72 hours to be this good.

Before it’s the pizza on your table, it’s a toss, a stretch, and a whole lot of hands that know exactly what they’re doing. We build every pie to order, from a dough process that takes three full days to the last basil leaf on top.... because “casual” doesn’t mean “rushed.” Case in point: that eggplant parmigiana pie, loaded with fresh mozzarella, dollops of ricotta, and just enough char to prove it saw real fire.

Grab your team, grab a seat, and get ready to argue about answers you’re only 60% sure of. 7:30 PM at MTH Pizza, come early, the good tables go fast. And since a full stomach makes for sharper answers (that’s basically science), tonight’s Pizza of the Week is HONEY IM HOME: red base sauce, mozzarella, pepperoni, sausage, honey cream cheese drizzle, and basil. Winners get bragging rights and maybe something better. 🧠🍕

Buy 6 wings, get 6 free, dine-in only, 4PM to close. Eleven flavors on the table, from classic buffalo to el’s ras-zzle dazzle to hot honey butter, so there’s no wrong way to build your dozen. Bring a friend to split the work or don’t and call it strategy. Either way, midweek just got a lot more worth showing up for. 🍗🔥
