Next Saturday Oct 17 I will be in Boise for a special birthday

Saturday Oct 24 I will be cooking at the USFOODS chefs store in Coeur d'Alene

That following Saturday Oct 31, the Smelterville Lions club gives out free hotdogs so I won't be setting up. If anyone knows a spot I can set up for free, in the valley, please let me know.

For those who had to listen to me , talk about it, september 22 (a tuesday) i will be having the 20th anniversary party of Dave's Tater Grill. I have an event scheduled so if you plan on showing up , please let me know so I have enough food. This is also a potluck , so if you have something that is your favorite that you liked make, please bring it!

Crazy busy day yesterday! The barbecue place next to me sold out; their line shifted to me , and then I sold out.
I have a lot of stuff to get and prep.(sausage rolls, etc) so I might not get open until 11.
