A huge thank you to Larry Nunley and the TallGrass Music Festival for inviting me out the past two days. It went so much better than I could have hoped or even expected.

I went through more than 30lbs of chop beef, 50lbs of pulled pork, 6 racks of ribs, and about 12lbs of chicken, along with a bunch of cowboys beans and potato salad.

It was truly a fun time and a very welcoming and generous crowd and I hope to be invited out and be there again next year.
