After a weekend like this one, this review means a little more than usual.
As the owner of On The Spot Catering, I’ll be the first to admit that we are not perfect. Catering is fast-paced, every event is different, and sometimes things don’t go exactly according to plan.
But one thing I hope our customers always know is that we care.
We care about your wedding day.
We care about your guests.
We care about the food we put on your table.
And when something needs to be done, our team is going to do everything we can to step up and make the experience better.
Sometimes that means answering one more question. Sometimes it means changing plans on the fly. Sometimes it means helping set up tables because we see something that needs to be done.
That’s the kind of company I want us to be.
So Brandy, thank you for trusting us with your daughter’s wedding and for taking the time to share this. Reviews like this mean more to me and our team than people probably realize.
We’ll never promise perfection.
