New Orleans, February 2025

The city buzzed with anticipation as fans from across the nation gathered for Super Bowl LIX. Amidst the sea of jerseys and face paint, two distinct trios of gnomes prepared for an epic reunion. Frenemies for the time being.

The KC Trio: Arne, Anders, and Gunnar

Residing beneath the famous Mill Creek Fountain in Kansas City, this trio was responsible for maintaining the city’s numerous fountains, earning KC the nickname “City of Fountains.” Tinkerers by trade, they were die-hard Chiefs fans, renowned for their BBQ skills, especially their signature ‘burnt ends’ IYKYK

Adventures in the Big Easy

Setting up their headquarters at Lafitte’s Blacksmith Shop Bar, one of the oldest bars in America, the gnomes wasted no time diving into the festivities. Arne, Anders, and Gunnar had brought along ample burnt ends, which they used as barter to gain entry into the exclusive Krewe of Endymion parade. In return, they promised to make their famous Z-man sandwiches for everyone if the Chiefs clinched the victory.

Game Day Shenanigans

On the day of the big game, the gnomes managed to sneak into the Superdome by blending in with the halftime show’s equipment crew—a classic move from their playbook. Once inside, they joined their fellow red coaters, the KC trio leading the Tomahawk Chop chant( we know it’s controversial )their voices echoing through the stadium.

As the players took the field, the gnomes chest-bumped and raised their glasses in a toast.

“To the Chiefs!” Arne exclaimed.

“May the best team win,” Torsten replied with a wink”

Anders loudly, and very off key, belting the Chiefs walk out song….”I love this city, Kansas City, I love you!Boom boom boom, we’re in the endzone” “A rebel yell as we’re going for two, we’re gonna beat the hell outta you!”

The game was anticipated to be a fierce showdown…. And the coin toss…….

Thrum, a nerdy weather gnome is moving his headquarters to Siesta Key, Florida where he and his team of Hurricane Relief Gnomes are working steadfastly to return the area to its tropical wonderland.

Groa, a wise and weathered gnome had never imagined he’d be stepping foot in sunny Florida. But when the call came for the Hurricane Gnome Relief team to help out on the barrier islands, he headed out. The devastation was overwhelming.

Saltwater had drenched the land leaving the soil white-crusted and lifeless.

Groa led a team in clearing sand from roots, rinsing salty leaves and planting new greenery to restore hope to the battered landscape.

Small changes were made as the keys were brought back to life.

Gnomes are known for their resourcefulness and ingenuity, often scavenging for materials to craft tools, gadgets, and other useful items. Otto has collected rubber bands, bobby pins, safety pins, nails, twine and even a paper clip to add to his collection.
