We are specifically looking for dependable adults who can take charge during evening and closing shifts. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys leading a team, and understands the importance of accountability, customer service, cleanliness, and organization.
This is more than just a job. Weβre looking for leaders who can help guide a team, set the pace, uphold standards, and support ownership in the day-to-day operations of the deli.
πͺ What is a Kitchen Lead / Deli Lead?
A Kitchen Lead is someone who:

βοΈ Maintains cleanliness and food safety standards

βοΈ Takes pride in the products leaving the kitchen

βοΈ Can work in a fast-paced environment without getting overwhelmed

π Responsibilities Include:
* Making pizzas, grinders, and deli food
* Managing kitchen flow during rushes
* Training and coaching team members
* Stocking coolers, shelves, and supplies
* Inventory assistance and organization
* Cleaning, sweeping, mopping, dusting, glass cleaning, and maintaining equipment
* Helping with openings and closings
* Ensuring daily tasks and prep lists are completed
* Supporting ownership and helping keep operations running smoothly

π° Compensation & Growth
$15.00β$18.00 per hour depending on flexibility, availability, experience, leadership ability, and overall performance.
