Hi! My name is Hali and this is a short version of my journey with Herbalife products!🍃

I had gained so much weight from a prescription medication. I was in a dark place! Staying at home most of the time. Not looking at myself in the mirror. I would cry every, single day.. feeling defeated. I was addicted to food! I weighed 264!😩

I got that medication changed and in March of 2024. I went into Shenandoah Nutrition and it changed my life.

Colin got me started on energy teas (my favorite is Spring Breeze or Aloha) and meal replacement shakes.
2 shake and 1 tea a day. 🧋🧋🥤
My favorite is banana!🍌

I changed my eating habits to high protein. When I hit a plateau I started eating 6 small snacks a day. The next plateau I started eating between 12pm and 6 pm. I used Prolessa Duo which is an appetite suppressant. I threw it in with a shake and cut my cravings down!

I am now down to 178! 3 lbs away from my goal! All due to these products and changing the way I ate!
